DIVORCE DUE TO MENTAL DISEASE

One of the reasons for divorce in the Civil Code is divorce due to mental disease. In considering mental disease as a reason for divorce, it is important at what stage it appeared, whether a duration for the disease will be sought and who the disease will be determined by. Moreover, it is necessary to determine the mentally diseased spouse’s mental capacity and in what cases he or she can file a divorce lawsuit.
