Abstract :
Policing is a very difficult and demanding profession. Therefore, the police sometimes encounter an event which requires the use of force. In fact, in a sense, this situation stems from the nature of the policing profession. However, there are condtions which must be met before the police can use force. In this regard national and international documents related to policing are important for the protection and development of human rights. Within the framework of the rules contained in these documents the police should be able to determine how and when to use force. The police will use force to resist when the police intervened to resolve the extent that is necessary. Police to follow the rules of the resistance to individuals who need a minimum of damage is important.
