Abstract
Personality begins at birth. However, making some arrangements are necessary for protect the fetus before birth. Our criminal code have some arrangements about procure abortion. İf there is some illegality about the abortionş it will be punished by the criminal law. The subject of this crime is fetus. But this fetus should be life. The perpetrator can be everybody. Consent is adopted in some cases.
