Abstract
Today regime debates are made to prevent political instability and regime crises. The idea of presidential system should be prefered in Turkey has increased because people think that parliamentarism causes government crises. The historical developments of parliamentarism with presidential system, their advantages and disadvantages, country practices are analyzed in this study and finally the applicability of two systems in Turkey is explained in comparative.
