Abstract
Vested right is a right or legal situation come into being according to the law in force to the benefit of individuals. Generally is accepted that vested rights do not exist in administrative law. However, protective articles of the law and jurisprudence taking into account, there seems to vested rights exist in the branch of administrative law.
