Abstract
Understanding of the protection of the individual s private life is a concept with different philosophical infrastructure. In this concept, modern constitution and legal rules as reflections of contemporary legal systems place the individuals their centres with use philosphical bases. On the other hand, both of national and international human rights arrangements have provisions about protection of individuals private lifes as well as recent developmetns. If officers of health sector, especially physicians, reveal private informations of patients without their permission or legal tolerance, there can be seen three sanctions in terms of civil, criminal and administrative legal branches. In this paper, we deal with only criminal responsibilty of physicians about illegal disclosuring of private informations in order to limit topic.
