Abstract :
The process which named as “Arabian Spring” has also affected Syria; the civil war in Syria reflected to Turkey in the way of 67 Turkish citizen‟s death and especially causing great financial expenses because of the asylum-seekers. Especially, after each incidents which caused losing life and property, Syria was warned many times by Turkey. Despite the all warnings, the missiles fired by Syrian Military Forces hit Akçakale in Şanlıurfa and led 5 people loosing thir lives. Correspondingly, the emplacements where the missiles was fired was determined and was inactivated by Turkish Military Forces. Although involving use of force, the name of Turkey‟s countermeasure should be determined as “reprisal” and should be accepted in consistent with international law.
