Abstract :
Vocational highschools have two structures as academic and administrative management. In the form of home vocational highschool can be seen as having two main columns wich are academic and administrative management with a manegement roof where all the titles and duties are discribed and associated with each other according to the legistlation of higher education. However because of some reasons that we will explain in our study some duties and titles are misinterpreted. In this study we aim to eliminate the negative practices which are often confronted in vocational highschool the conflict of duty and authorization and to give solutions. In addition to misinterpretations, because of lack of knowledge and experience, some administrative and academic duties which are not implied acording to the legistlations by authorised people, cause unlawful implementations of superior-subordinate relation as well as unlawful implementations of distributions of duty and authorization with not describing the vice manager‟s duty and authorization and/or limiting their management skills only to a few job.
