Abstract :
According to the article 1524 of the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102, the corporations that are subject to audit are obliged to open a web site in three months starting from the register of their establishment to the trade registry, and to designate a specific area of the said web site for the publishing of the announcements that the corporation legally has to make. In the evaluations related to the design and content of the web pages, some basic points that should be on a web page are stated. These points are; accuracy, competence, objectivity, content and actuality. First of all the system accepted by Turkish Commercial Code and international instances are explained in this study. In the last part of the study, a model for our country is suggested.
