Independence Court is an institution between the years 1920-1927, It is revealed by the working conditions and extraordinary period. Members are chosen from among member of parliament. There is no appeal against the decision to be referred to the authorities. It was executed immediately. It is not affiliated with any law material. Judges may be decided by conscientiousness. Due to these features, It can be said that Independence Court play a important role for the formation of the Turkish society and the Turkish political life.
