EQUITY CONCEPT IN GENERAL AND THE APPEARANCE EFFECTS OF THAT CONCEPT IN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

The administrative act established by administration influence the individual’s fundamental rights and freedoms and public interest as directly or indirectly. Hence it is expected that the administration actions are established as legal and also proper to equity principle. This properness to equity principle is an outstanding topic in terms of Turkish administrative law’s theory and practice.In this study; as part of the primary subjects include administrative law equity principle’s importance in the theory of administrative law and the cause and effect relations in the practice will be revealed.
