SUNTIKAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAM KE ATAS PERLAKSANAAN PENAMBAHBAIKAN BERTERUSAN DALAM KONTEKS SISTEM PENGURUSAN KUALITI (SPK) ISO 9000*

It is an ultimate aim for any organization to deliver products and services that reach the standard of quality that can fulfill public and customer demand. With the improvement of standard of living, people today are becoming increasingly choosy in selecting any goods and services they used. In this context, Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9000 can be employed as device to produce a high quality of products and services. This article explains why organization should produce a high quality of products and services. This article also discusses how continuous improvement implementation that is injected with Islamic values within the context of ISO 900 may help organizations in reaching their ultimate goal, i.e. to deliver a high quality of products and services. Continuous improvement elements that should be injected with Islamic values are, i) leadership, ii) focuses to human development, and iii) pay respect to all of manpower.
