Abstract :
A 64-year-old female was admitted with angina refractory to medical therapy. Hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia were present as risk factors for coronary atherosclerosis. Physical examination and laboratory evaluation revealed no significant pathology. Selective coronary angiography was performed.
