Cardiac mass of the right atrium: an incidental finding

A 66-year-old male patient was admitted to our emergency department with typical angina pectoris. His physical examination was normal except Levine 2/6 systolic murmur heard at the apex. Electrocardiography revealed normal sinus rhythm with a heart rate of 78 bpm.
