NILAI PENDIDIKAN TALAALA DAN IMPAK KEPADA PEMBENTUKAN GENERASI MUDA KADAZANDUSUN

Talaala is a Kadazandusun poems mostly still in the form of oral tradition. Therefore this study was to analyze the educational values contained in this poem and the impact on the formation of the younger generation Kadazandusun. A qualitative study design was used to carry out field work to collect data through interviews. Bascom function theory and model politeness Leech used to see the value of education in talaala. Analysis of the data found talaala have educational value conscious generation to form a family, wise deal with feelings and cautious in dealing with a wide range of influences. This values education igive an impact on the formation of a generation of diplomacy, tolerance, respect, courtesy, rational and wise. These values are essential to realizing the goals of the National Education Philosophy to produce a generation that is rich in thought and absolute emission and balanced physically and spiritually.
