Bahasa Arab Untuk Tujuan Agama: Analisis Keperluan Pelajar Sarjana Muda Bahasa Arab dan Komunikasi di Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia

The purpose of this study was to find out the use of Arabic for Religious Purposes among students in the Arabic Language and Communication program at the Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM). This study was conducted among 150 second and third year students in the Arabic Language and Communication program. The results show the significance of Arabic for academic and occupational purposes. The results of this study may have practical implications on the teaching and learning of Arabic for Religious Purposes at USIM, in specific, and Malaysian Institutions of Higher Learning, in general.
