Abstract
المنهج المتبع لهذا البحث، هو المنهج الإستقرائي التحليلي لجمع بعض المعلومات العلمية المتعلقة في حقوق المرأة من تفسير الشيخ الشعراوي رحمه الله بشكل
لأنه أساس بحثي، ومن عدة التفاسير الأخرى المختصة، مثل تفسير الإمام خاص الطبري، والإمام ابن كثير، والإمام قرطبي، والألوسي وتفسير رشيد رضا وغيرهم للمزيد والتدقيق فقط. ثم اتبع الباحث المنهج التخريجي، أي قام الباحث بتخريج جميع الأحاديث الواردة في تفسير الشيخ الشعراوي من الصحيحين ومن كتب السنن الأخرى إذا لم يجد فيهما. ولإستخراجها كان سببان، الأول منهما: ماكان الشيخ رحمه الله يهتم بالسند والمصد در لأنه كان يفسر القرآن الكريم في الحلقات والناس كتبوا له التفسير. وثانيهما : لقد وجد الباحث الأحاديث والآثار أو القصة في تفسيره غير كاملة العبارة والمتن، فلهذا إني لم أكون مقتنعا بهذا الأسلوب فقمت في استخراجها للتوضيح والتوثيق. و في ضمن هذين المنهجين هنا تكون مناهج أخرى أيضا لأذكرها امتناعا من التطويل، فقارء البحث سيد ركها من خلال القراءة
Other languages abstract
Allah has created men and women not only for multiplication of human race, but also for maintaining balance in human society where male and female complements each other for building a civilization. Accordingly, no society will attain justice and equilibrium if its female segment is denied opportunity to play their role of societal building. The Quran makes this point clear in many texts, such as al-Hujurat, 49: 13. Nevertheless, this equitable position of women in Islam has be somewhat obscured by chauvinistic interpretations of some verses on issues like polygamy, inheritance etc. This has spurred orientalists to portray Islam as a religion which relegates women's rights in many ways. Enlightened Muslims exegetes like Shaikh al-Sha'rawi, have tried to offer a balanced interpretation of misunderstood Qur'anic texts on women. This study proposes to analyze al-Sha'rawi's views on some topical aspects of women's position in Islam, such as women's duty to submit to men's authority (Qawwamah), women's rights in reference to polygamy, women's right to work and some others.
