Abstract
تقوم هذه الدراسة بالمقارنة بين منهج شرحين من أهم وأحدث شروح سنن أبي داود ألا وهما “بذل المجهود” للشيخ خليل أحمد السهارنفوري، و”المنهل العذب المورود” للشيخ محمود خطاب السبكي، ويهدف الباحث من خلال هذه المقارنة تسليط الضوء على الشرحين بتوضيح إيجابياتهما وتحديد مواطن الضعف والنقص فيهما من الناحية الحديثية، إضافة إلى ذلك بيان ما يمتاز كل منهما على الآخر، وعلى الرغم من كون (صاحب المنهل وصاحب البذل) معاصرين لم أجد فيما اطلعت ما يدل على اطلاع أحدهما على كتاب الآخر، ويتجلى الفرق بين الشرحين في وجوه عدة كدراسة الأسانيد، وتخريج الأحاديث، ووجوه الترجيح عند الخلاف وغير ذلك. ويقوم الباحث في إعداد هذه الدراسة باستخدام المناهج الآتية: المنهج الوصفي: يستخدم لبيان وعرض ما يتعلق بالشرحين من الإيجابيات والسلبيات وذلك عن طريق استقراء بعض النماذج والأمثلة وتوصيفها. والمنهج التحليلي النقدي: يستخدم لدراسة تلك المعلومات المستخرجة من الشرحين بهدف المقارنة بين الشرحين. وكان من نتيجة هذا البحث أنّ شرح الشيخ السبكي أكثر اهتماما بترجمة الرواة وبتخريج الحديث ووصل تعليقات أبي داود من شرح الشيخ السهارنفوري، ويذكر الباحث في النهاية الخاتمة وفهرس المصادر والمراجع. الكلمات المفتاحية: السَّهارنْفُوري، السبكي، بذل المجهود، المنهل العذب المورود
Other languages abstract
This study compares two important and recent interpretations on the prophetic hadith called “Bazlul Majhud” by Sheikh Khalil Ahmed As-sharnfori, and “Al-Manhal Al-Azab by Sheikh Mahmoud khttab As-Subki. The paper aims to compare as well as highlight and clarify the soundness and weaknesses in these two books. In addition, it explores the distinctiveness of both books. Though both authors are contemporary authors, there is hardly any trace that one author benefit from the other’s work. However, there are multi-dimensional differences in the approach used in both works which are the following: Isnad (Attribution), Takhriz al-hadith, and the way of prioritization (tarjih) when there is a disagreement. The researcher follows two methods. Firstly, descriptive, which is used in presenting the pros and cons in both interpretations. Secondly, analytical which is used in studying the information extracted from the both explanations for comparison between them. Finally, the researcher concluded the study with results and catalog of sources and references.
