Abstract :
Because of their work, nurses defer most of the daily living habits, and experience many health problems due to negative circumstances arising from the work environment. This descriptive study was planned to evaluate the daily living habits and health problems of nurses that arise from working conditions . A total of 158 nurses among 198 nurses working in private hospitals volunteered to participate in the study . It was identified that nurses had inappropriate life habits on sleep and rest, adequate and balanced nutrition, and physical activity, and one dimension of their health problems was associated with working conditions. In conclusion, nurses’ shift works should be arranged so that to affect their daily living habits at minimal level and there must be occupational health practices that evaluate nurses health and health habits
