Abstract :
Shape memory alloys (SMAs) are functional materials that feature shape memory effects and super-elasticity. These features have made SMAs efficient materials for reinforcement and improvement of the stability of a structure. The present study investigated the effect of local post-tensioning with SMAs to improve the load-carrying capacity of tapered steel industrial sheds. For this purpose, ABAQUS software was used to predict the flexural strength and load-bearing capacity of the alloys. The effects of the diameter and the post-tension force applied to the SMA tendons were investigated. The results showed that external post-tensioning using SMA tendons is an effective way to increase the load-carrying capacity of industrial sheds. In the maximum load capacity of the frame for the steel and SMA tendons increased by 36 and 60%, respectively. The performance of the sheds was improved by local post-tensioning, which can reduce the weight of the structures

آﻟﯿﺎژﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪدار ﺷﮑﻠﯽ، ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺤﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺑﺎر و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﺷﮑﻞ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﺷﮑﻞﻫﺎي ﺑﺰرگ را ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. در اﻋﻀﺎي ﻣﺘﺸﮑﻞ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺢ، ﻋﻀﻮ ﺑﺎ از ﺑﯿﻦ رﻓﺘﻦ ﺗﻨﺶ اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﺷﮑﻞ، ﺑﻪ ﺣﺎﻟﺖ اوﻟﯿﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮ ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد. از آﻟﯿﺎژﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪدار ﺷﮑﻠﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﻓﺘﺎر و ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﺳﺎزهﻫﺎي ﻓﻮﻻدي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﭘﺲ ﮐﺸﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻮﺿﻌﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺑﺎرﺑﺮي ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎي ﺷﯿﺐدار ﻓﻮﻻدي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﯿﻠﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻮﻻدي و ﻣﯿﻠﻪﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه از آﻟﯿﺎژﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪدار ﺷﮑﻠﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آﺑﺎﮐﻮس ﺑﺮاي ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺧﻤﺸﯽ و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺑﺎرﺑﺮي ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎي ﺷﯿﺐدار ﻓﻮﻻدي ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ دو ﻧﻮع ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺢ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﻄﺮ و ﻣﻘﺪار ﻧﯿﺮوي ﭘﺲﺗﻨﯿﺪﮔﯽ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﻠﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻮﻻدي و ﺗﺎﻧﺪونﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺸﮑﻞ از آﻟﯿﺎژﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪدار ﺷﮑﻠﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲﺗﻨﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺎﻧﺪونﻫﺎي آﻟﯿﺎژﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪدار ﺷﮑﻠﯽ، روﺷﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮاي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺑﺎرﺑﺮي ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎي ﺷﯿﺐدار ﻓﻮﻻدي اﺳﺖ . ﻣﯿﻠﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻮﻻدي و ﺗﺎﻧﺪونﻫﺎي آﻟﯿﺎژﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪدار ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ 36 و 60 درﺻﺪي در ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺑﺎرﺑﺮي ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎي ﺷﯿﺐدار ﻓﻮﻻدي ﺑﺎ ﭘﺲﺗﻨﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻮﺿﻌﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺲﺗﻨﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻮﺿﻌﯽ ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ وزن ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد.
