Abstract :
Based on the increasing problems of hospital health employees’ in our country, it has been tried to determine safety climate perception of the hospital health employees who are in the content of the research. According to different variables it has been tried to explore if there are significant differences in their safety climate perceptions. Thus, based on the analysis it has been found that there are significant differences between the safety climate perceptions and “staff categories” and “departments”. In contrary any significant difference has been found between the safety climate perception and the remaining variables. Besides, the doctors and the servants who are employed in the examined hospitals have higher safety climate perceptions than the nurses.
