  • Abstract
    This study can be considered as a view from the communication aspect of the field of literature; primarily, considering how a correlation has been established between the concepts of novel and target audience in the comprehension of Orhan Pamuk s novel writing. Thus with the aid of texts other than Pamuk s novels, especially with the reading audience taken as the target in the construct of the fiction, it was aimed to determine how a relationship was espoused. Then, by following the interventions directed at the target audience in Pamuk s novels, the effects of the nature of the work of the produced relationship are discussed. Moreover, the concept of target audience reminiscent of marketing coming side by side with the creation of the highest and aesthetic literature has led to criticisms rooted in doubt and discomfort and has been evaluated by taking into consideration the understanding of the contemporary novel.
