Abstract
The education systems in Malaysia aims to produce more job creators. However, the current scenario shows there is a need to increase the participation of students in entrepreneurship. Thus, the objective of this study is to determine the predictors of entrepreneurial intention of trainees of Pusat GIAT MARA. Three independent variables were investigated, namely personal attitude, subjective norm and behavior control. Data were collected from 60 respondents. Based on regression analysis, this study found significant relationship between all three independent variables and entrepreneurial intention. In short, this study enriches the literature on entrepreneurial intention and provides input to the technical training institutions in creating a more efficient entrepreneurship ecosystem.
