Huping Hu, PhD, JD, is a biophysicist and attorney. He was born in September 1962, married to Maoxin Wu, MD, PhD in January 1986 and has two children Alice and Allen. He obtained his B.S. in chemistry from Shanxi Agricultural University in China in 1983 and M.S. in biophysics from Lanzhou University in China in 1986
