BÖLGESEL FARKLILIKLARIN OLUŞUMU: YENİ EKONOMİKcCOĞRAFYA YAKLAŞIMI

The paths of economic development in country scales have been questioning by many different scientific approaches. The impact levels of history, located region, by broader means geography for development of the communities are studying under the “new economic geography” phenomenon. The distribution of investments in regional scale and the reasons of created values and their benefits for the economic development are still debating in the economics literature. In this study, the regional distinctions in Trakya region will be argued under the “new economic geography” circumstances. The production facility agglomeration and facts of geographical allocation both influence on regional divergences is questioning in the study.
