Abstract :
Especially puritans and nonconformists who unbound to the medieval catholic obligations and being free from old religious restriction and then they went very easily beyond apocalyptic prescritions which rejected worldly interests such as gain money and worked austerely. They found religious satisfaction in worldly asceticism and worked in the mood of devotion, and their time had been merged between daily business and save soul efforts. According to Max Weber, one century later industrial revolution majority of them lost their mood of worldly ascetic as the way of piety and purity. Since Adam Smith everyone believed that the egoistic impulses are stronger than the altruistic motives and self-seeking is not mean of wickedness or sinfulness. This individualistic and self-seeking mechanism which depend on the social harmony in economic sphere, joined with utility that a metaphysical concept was advanced by J.S.Mill. According to the neo-classic economics, each employer of factors seeks to minimize the cost of his product and to maximize his own return, and each consumer plans his consumption to maximize utility.
