This individualistic and self-seeking mechanism which depend on the social harmony in economic sphere, joined with utility that a metaphysical concept was advanced by J.S.Mill. According to the neo-classic economics, each employer of factors seeks to minimize the cost of his product and to maximize his own return, and each consumer plans his consumption to maximize utility.
