Abstract :
The Holy Quran started to be revealed in the year of 610 in the Hijaz region, centered on Mecca and Madina and through a period of 23 years, ranging in different time intervals was gradually completed in a concept that established the world view of its attention givers. In order to realize its goals, the Quran did not hesitate to use the language, belief system and folklore culture and all kinds of cognitive or historical material of its related society. It s obvious that there is no alternative way to initiate the understanding and communication processes and convey the message to the target people. In this context, as the first addressed society, one of the essential crudes that the pagan Meccans had, which put a handicap to an orthodox monotheistic deity belief was the semi deity concept of demons (jins) and the belief on their pilfering information from unknown (al ghayb). In this article, the verses regarding istiraku s sem / stealing by hearing are discussed to illustrate an example of removing such belief gradually, which prevents accepting the revelation of Quran to the prophet by divine authority.
