Abstract
In this study, new semicarbazide derivatives [E1-E5] were prepared by the reaction of semicarbazide with different fatty acids (olic, linolic, linolinic, recenolic and cinnamic acid) in DMF, then this compounds will polymerization with malic anhydride in H2O2 as initiator to get [EP1-EP5]. The prepared compounds were characterized by physical properties, UV-Vis, FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and TGA analysis.TLC checked the purity for these compounds.The antibacterial activity were studied against different kinds of bacteria, namlyStophylococcuceaures,Stophylococcuce Saprophytic and Protes.
