Abstract :
Introduction: Emotional competence is considered as one of the most important factors related to academic learning. Students' experiences of emotional competence are very important and should be considered. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify and describe the experience of emotional learning competencies in Ph.D. students in psychology. Materials and Methods: The study was performed with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. Twenty-five students were selected by purposeful sampling and interviewed at the university where they were studying during the academic year of 2017-2018. The data were written and analyzed using van Mann's combined phenomenology method. Results: The results of the analysis were about two hundred and fifty initial codes, which finally appeared in six themes: recognizing your emotions, managing and controlling your emotions, proper interpersonal relationships, paying attention to the emotions of others, and so on. Empathy, social status, and balance in cognition and excitement. A number of sub-themes also described these themes. Conclusion: Recognizing self-emotions was one of the main components of this experience. With their emotional management, the students tried to learn better. The educational department of the university and the professors of psychology can use these findings to improve the students’ experience of emotional competences in learning.

مقدمه: شايستگي هيجاني يكي از مهمترين عوامل مرتبط با يادگيري تحصيلي قلمداد مي شود. تجربيات دانشجويان از شايستگي هيجاني، بسيار اهميت دارد و بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد. لذا هدف اين پژوهش، شناسايي و توصيف تجربه شايستگي هاي هيجاني يادگيري در دانشجويان دكتري روانشناسي بود. روش كار: مطالعه با رويكرد كيفي و روش پديدار شناسي انجام شد. تعداد 15 دانشجو با نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در طول سال تحصيلي 97-1396 در دانشگاه محل تحصيلشان مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. داده ها به صورت مكتوب درآمد و با روش فنومنولوژي تركيبي ون مانن مورد پژوهش قرار گرفت. يافته ها: نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل، حدود دويست و پنجاه كد اوليه بود كه نهايتاً در شش مضمون ظهور يافت كه عبارت بودند از: شناخت هيجان هاي خود، مديريت و كنترل هيجاني، روابط ميان فردي مناسب، توجه به هيجان هاي ديگران و همدلي، موقعيت و شرايط اجتماعي، و تعادل در شناخت و هيجان. همچنين تعدادي زيرمضمون، توصيف كننده اين مضامين بودند. نتيجه گيري: شناخت هيجان هاي خود يكي از اجزاي اصلي اين تجربه به شمار مي رفت. دانشجويان با مديريت هيجاني خود سعي مي كرده اند تا يادگيري بهتري داشته باشند. بخش آموزشي دانشگاه و اساتيد روانشناسي مي توانند از اين يافته ها در هرچه بهتر و مثبت تركردن تجربه دانشجويان روانشناسي از شايستگي هاي هيجاني يادگيري بهره گيرند.
