Abstract
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (CoV‑2), the cause of CoV disease 2019 (COVID‑19), can lead to multi‑organ injury including
cardiac involvement. Acute myocarditis is one of the serious and fatal complications of COVID‑19. In this report, we introduce two cases with
acute myocarditis and negative real‑time polymerase chain reaction test, presented during the COVID‑19 pandemic and discuss the challenge
of their diagnosis and management.
