Abstract
COVID-19 outbreak in Iran is studied and analyzed using Topological Weighted Centroid (TWC) algorithms. According to this algorithm the origin of the outbreak is mainly in the city of Qom. In addition, it predicts the centers of the epidemic spread in the future as well as pathways of this spread.
