Güney Kore’nin Değişen Dış Politikası ve Güney Kore-AB STA’sına Liberal Hükümetlerarasıcı Bir Bakış

In 2011, South Korea signed a comprehensive free trade agreement (FTA) with the EU. This agreement, which sets an example for a new generation of FTAs, can also be considered as an outcome of South Korea’s changing foreign policy and economic structure. These changes were the result of the 1997 crisis in South Korea. After this crisis, South Korea adopted a strategy of opening out and signed FTA with many parties. This study tries to analyze South Korea-EU FTA which is one of the most important FTAs signed by South Korea with a Liberal Intergovernmental perspective.
