Abstract :
During this period of rapid digital transformation, expectations and needs of individuals change rapidly. The rapidly changing customer and expectations for businesses are valid for the employees. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, enterprises should not ignore employee satisfaction. Employees are an important factor in achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprises. The main purpose of this study is to examine whether employee satisfaction is also an effective factor. The model used in the study has been prepared by considering the dynamics specific to the company as a result of the literature survey for employee satisfaction and the interviews with the company officials where the research was conducted. Structural Equation Model was applied to test the model. Study of a cargo company that provides services throughout Turkey with employees who work in the field Bursa survey was conducted through face-to-face method. The model was analyzed with AMOS package program and the hypothesis for the model was analyzed. According to the results, it was seen that the leadership factor, which is one of the executive factor and executive characteristics, has a significant effect on employee satisfaction.
