PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP INTEREST: “Its Place in Zoning Law Practices and Comparison With Development Readjustment Share”

Public partnership interest practice, a regulation administrative act to which administration applies during the zoning practices, has aim of satisfing the need of public utilities in land arrangement areas. In Turkish zoning law practice, public partnership interest practice is quite newer than development readjustment share practice.In this study; public partnership interest practice was considered with regard to its legal basis, its effect on right of property and the similarities and the distinctness between development readjustment share practice and itself.
