Among these countries, Russia and Turkey adopted the convention with reservations. Relations with Russia have strategic importance in the geographical, political and economic sense of our country, are constantly developing. In this context, the signing of both countries cooperation agreements on arbitration to improve their legal ties can contribute to the national economy.
