Abstract :
A semiring is a generalization of a unitary ring whose additive reduct does not form a group. Therefore, in semirings not every multiplicatively idempotent element is complement, necessarily. In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of semirings in which every multiplicatively idempotent element is complemented. We call this class of semirings, -semirings, and give some properties of von Neumann regular -semirings.
