Abstract :
Increasing level of employee satisfaction is one of the constant concerns of managers in all organizations. Based on this, during the last few decades, various models have been prepared and designed to identify the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees. The diversity of these models can cause confusion for managers of organizations to choose appropriate strategies. The current researchers are trying to investigate the components of employee satisfaction patterns to provide a relatively comprehensive model in Iranian organizations. The current research method is qualitatively comparative using the content analysis approach, the research population includes all models of job satisfaction and the purposeful sampling method was used to select the models. The findings reveal that the ten components of work-life balance, demographic factors, respect, relationship with colleagues, job stability, payment system, success progress, diversity in work methods, effective leadership and health insurance are common in most of the selected models. Another finding indicates that the payment system and diversity in ways of doing work are the most important components from the point of view of designers. According to the findings, a proposed model for Iranian organizations with six components of payment system, respect, relationship with colleagues, job stability, success and progress, and diversity in ways of doing work was prepared and designed.
