The Solvothermal Synthesis for Nanocrystalline FeIn2S4 at Low Temperature

5 nm thiospinel Feln2S4 nanocrystallines were prepared through a solvothermal process at 280 °C. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveal that the product was nanocrystalline Feln2S4 with cubic cell, and uniform spherical particle morphology. The factors to the formation of uniform Feln2S4 nanocrystallines with a narrow size distribution were discussed also.
