Abstract :
In the horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-catalyzed oxidation of guaiacol (1), trimeric products, and diastereomers of biphenoquinones have been newly identified. The oxidation product was analyzed by HPLC, liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC-ESIMS), and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
