Abstract :
We constructed a resin-bound peptide library in which the peptide was designed to take an (alpha)-helix structure, and p-boronobenzoic acid was conjugated on the (epsilon)-amino group of the Lys side-chain placed at the middle of the helix. Screening this library allowed selection of a peptide that can bind flavin adenine dinucleotide with high affinity and selectivity.
