Abstract :
A novel class of amorphous molecular materials, thiophene- and selenophene-containing tris(oligoarylenyl)amines, were developed. They were found to exhibit high hole drift mobilities greater than 10^-2 cm^2V^-1s^-1 at an electric field of 1.0 × 10^5 Vcm^-1 at 293 K in their amorphous glassy states. These values are of the highest level among those reported for organic disordered systems.
