Abstract :
Metastable Ni3S4 with good crystallinity has been firstly synthesized via a single-source approach using nickel diethyldithiocarbamate as precursor under hydrothermal conditions. The optical properties of the as-prepared Ni3S4 are evaluated. It is found that the reaction temperature is of importance to the formation of Ni3S4 crystallites.
