ZnO Particles Encapsulated in Porous Cu2O Nanoparticle Layer Prepared by UV Light-Induced Photoreduction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O over ZnO in Methanol Suspension

Nano Cu2O particles with size of about 7 nm were directly coated on the surface of ZnO seeds by UV light-induced photoreduction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, forming Cu2O/ZnO nanocomposites with a core-shell structure.
