Photoinduced non-linear optical diagnostic of SiNxOy/Si(111) interfaces

In this paper, we reported the properties of the higher-order diffraction images of a photorefractive grating recorded with a large modulation depth. It was shown that the image corresponding to the second order diffraction is magnified and that corresponding to the negative first order is 180° rotated.
