Abstract :
Elastic and inelastic scattering of hadrons-protons, antiprotons, and (pi) mesons-on the 6,7Li and 9Be nuclei are analyzed according to the Glauber-Sitenko diffraction theory. Several variants of cluster nuclear wave functions determined in the two- and three-body multicluster dynamic models were used in the calculations. The Glauber-Sitenko model with these wave functions enables us to describe adequately the experimental differential cross sections and analyzing powers for hadron scattering in the energy range from a few hundred megaelectronvolts to 1 GeV. The contributions of various components of the wave functions, various multiplicities of the scattering from the clusters and nucleons of a target nucleus, and the real and imaginary parts of the elementary amplitudes to the cross section are discussed. The dependence of the behavior of the cross section on the parameters of the elementary hadron-nucleon and hadron-(alfa) amplitudes is analyzed. It is shown that the partial filling of the diffraction minimum in the differential cross section for the scattering from the 6Li and 9Be nuclei is caused by the contributions of, respectively, the D wave and inelastic scattering (leading to the 1/2+ level, which is not separated experimentally).
