Response to criticisms of the US FDA parametric approach for withdrawal time estimation: rebuttal and comparison to the nonparametric method proposed by Concordet and Toutain

We consider a class of nonsmooth minimax programming problems in which functions are locally Lipschitz. Necessary and sufficient optimality conditions and duality theorems for nonsmooth minimax programming problems are obtained under V-p-invexity assumptions on objective and constraint functions.
