Abstract :
This article describes how the assessment process has
been developed at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA).
A major objective of the process design was to minimize additions
to the steady state faculty workload. Since the academic program
at this institution is similar to civilian universities, it is believed that
the methods and results discussed can help other schools.
