On the use of Monte Carlo perturbation in neutron transport problems

We recall the principles of two methods to estimate the variations on the collision density between different configurations: the ʹmultiple estimate methodʹ and the ʹTaylor expansion methodʹ. With regard to the second method, we provide the algorithms and the useful equations to estimate an arbitrary order of the Taylor expansion for one and two variables. Several examples bring to light the advantages and drawbacks of the ʹmultiple estimate methodʹ and the ʹTaylor expansion method
