Shape of a Newtonian liquid drop moving through an immiscible quiescent non-Newtonian liquid

The shape of Newtonian liquid drop moving through quiescent non-Newtonian liquid has been studied. Based on experimental observations, a shape graph has been proposed for the prediction of shape of a liquid drop from the properties of the dispersed and continuous phase liquids. Correlations have also been proposed for the prediction of eccentricity of the liquid drop moving through a non-Newtonian liquid.
