Abstract :
Investment and innovation in renewable energy—a key element of any long-term energy strategy—will not occur unless developers and investors perceive the industry to be attractive over time. The long-term attractiveness of renewable energy industries should be maintained, for the sake of jobs, energy security, the environment, and our international competitiveness.
